Veterinarians had to amputate the pup's left flipper.

Now, her name is "Pup 49," referring to her rehabilitation number but the aquarium wants your help to give her a new name.

The choices are: Coral, Grace, Hope, Madison or Mystic.

Voting can be done online through April 21.

The pup can be seen by aquarium visitors until April 28 when she will be moved out of display for training.
