NightSide - Adriana Cohen and Marisa DeFranco Discuss Concord's Water Bottle Ban

BOSTON (CBS) - After Concord made headlines across the country with its water bottle ban, other towns have started debating the policy as well. From neighboring town Arlington, which will vote on a similar policy at the end of April, all the way to San Francisco, which is also considering a ban, the debate rages on. Adriana Cohen has been one of the loudest critics of this policy from day one, and she is in studio with Marisa DeFranco to discuss whether the government should be able to ban the sale of single serve plastic bottles.
