Felger & Mazz: April 2, 2013

Felger and Massarotti were joined by Jermaine Wiggins to discuss the Boston Bruins and the reported acquisition of Dallas Stars forward Jaromír Jagr. Reports say the Bruins will trade Lane MacDermid, Cody Payne and conditional 2nd round draft pick to get Jagr. If the Bruins get Jagr, where will Claude Julien play Jagr? The deal was made official and now you have to question how a defensive minded Julien plays an offensive minded Jagr. The guys also talked about the Boston Red Sox and yesterdays Opening Day win over the New York Yankees. How impressive was the performance of the Sox bullpen yesterday?

Hour 1

In Hour 2, Felger, Mazz, and Wiggy continued the talk about the Bruins acquisition of Jaromir Jagr and the start of the Boston Red Sox season. Who will be demoted now that Jagr is here? Also, the guys played "10 Questions with Wiggy." Even after getting Jagr, what other moves could the Bruins make? Finally, the fans get to ask Wiggy some questions.

Hour 2

During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, discussing the Boston Red Sox and the likability of this years team. Is this the kind of team that can bring fans back? How should we feel about the way the Sox played yesterday? Baseball continues to change before our eyes thanks to steroid and, now HGH testing. Less power, more all-around skill, and younger. Do we like that style of game better? Will Major League Baseball ever address the length of games? Boston Bruins president Cam Neely joined Felger and Massarotti to talk some B's and the acquisition of Jaromir Jagr.

Hour 3

In the fourth and final hour of Felger and Mazz, the guys continued to talk about Jaromir Jagr coming to the Boston Bruins and if this Boston Red Sox team can get the fans back on their side. The guys also discussed New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano's decision to leave agent Scott Boras to sign with rapper Jay-Z's agency. Also, it's the Final Word with Marc Bertrand.
