NH Couple Accused Of Beating, Burning Boy Face Additional Charge
BRENTWOOD, N.H. (CBS) - There is a new charge against a New Hampshire man and woman accused of beating and burning her 3-year-old son last year.
Roland Dow and Jessica Linscott were not in superior court Thursday for their arraignment on the new witness tampering charge, according to Rockingham County Deputy Attorney Tom Reid.

Reid says Dow hid a video camera to record investigators talking to the child to ensure the boy didn't talk about any abuse.
Dow and Linscott are accused of beating her son so severely he suffered temporary blindness.
They fled New Hampshire and were captured two weeks later leaving a theme park in Orlando, Florida.
Dow's trial is likely to be delayed until summer and there are reports Linscott is ready to testify against him.
