14-Year-Old Boy Attacked By Rottweilers In Revere
REVERE (CBS) – A 14-year-old boy is in critical condition after he was mauled by two Rottweilers near the Northgate shopping center in Revere Thursday evening.
Police say the attack happened in a fenced in area of a construction company.
A 12-year-old friend who witnessed the attack called police.
When officers arrived, they say the victim was lying on the ground being mauled by the dogs.
The officers fired their guns at the dogs and the boy was able to be pulled to safety. He was taken to Mass General Hospital.
The dogs were taken to the Animal Rescue League.
The incident is under investigation.
