WEYMOUTH (CBS) – A Weymouth man was in court Monday answering to charges that he struck a man with his car while trying to evade a bar tab on St. Patrick’s Day.
Police say when 48-year-old Michael K. Fay of Weymouth, refused to pay his tab at Buck’s Bar and Grill, the 38-year-old victim, Scott McIntyre, followed him outside and demanded he return and pay up.
