BOSTON (CBS) Allen West has served this country both in the military and in Congress. West has been held up as one of the true faces of the Tea Party movement, someone who comes from outside the Washington political game who isn’t afraid to call it like he sees it. But his unapologetic rhetoric and his sometimes abrasive style has made him just as many enemies as friends. Though he lost a re-election battle this past November, the former Congressman says he is determined to stay active and involved in the political scene.
