Both were arraigned last week in Boston Municipal Court.

State Police say the two were part of a large group of 10-to-20 people who beat two men and two women inside the State Transportation Building parking garage on Park Plaza.

The incident was captured on video and posted on a website.

Investigators said Monday they have identified 12 other suspects who will be summonsed to court next month.

Police are trying to identify three remaining suspects.
