BOSTON (CBS) – Sounds like a pretty radical idea, but one Georgetown Constitutional Law Professor is calling for just that. Professor Louis Michael Seidman made some strong statements in a New York Times article and an online video, arguing that the Constitution is outdated and should be completely reworked to reflect our current world. Professor Seidman joins NightSide to defend his arguments.
