BOSTON (CBS) – If you’re planning on using the Ted Williams Tunnel Wednesday night, you will need to seek a different route.

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation will completely close the tunnel, starting at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday until 5 a.m. Thursday.

The closure is part of MassDOT’s maintenance schedule.

Traffic will be diverted through the Sumner Tunnel during the closure.
