Happy Valentine’s Day! The snow/mix moved in quickly overnight, and it’s going to move out just as quickly this morning. The sky cover will be described as mostly sunny on this day for lovers along with high temps in the lower 40s.
Friday will be partly sunny with more clouds hanging around in the morning. There will be a mild south-southwest breeze as highs climb into the upper 40s! *Take notice of the shrinking snow piles!*
This weekend will bring us the chance of a mix/snow combination from Late Friday night into midday Saturday. Otherwise, a big storm is showing signs of staying way offshore allowing us to squeeze in a completely dry day on Sunday. There could be 1-3″ of snow from late Friday night through midday Saturday for interior locales, while a coating to an inch can be expected closer to the coast due to a mix of rain/snow. Highs on Saturday will fall back into the upper 30s. Sunday will colder as highs will only be flirting with 30F.
The beginning of school vacation week (Presidents’ Day) will be sunny yet chilly. Temperatures will be in the 30s and 40s throughout the week.
One Alarm Clock Away…
