Brad Smith was drafted in the 4th round of the 2006 NFL Draft by the New York Jets and currently plays for the Buffalo Bills. Smith has played quarterback, kick returner and wide receiver in his career, but Buffalo has mostly used him out of wildcat formations and as a wide receiver.
Smith joined 98.5 The Sports Hub’s Toucher & Rich to discuss his time with the Jets, Rex Ryan, the Bills and if he entered the NFL now.
The New York Jets have fallen far from the team that they were. Is Smith happy that his former team has struggled?
How was his last year with the Jets, was it a case of the inmates running the asylum? They also got his thoughts on head coach Rex Ryan, was he involved with the offense?
They moved on to his current team and wondered how far away are the Bills from challenging in the AFC East? Plus, if he had been coming into the NFL now would does he think he’d still be playing quarterback?
