Patriots Injury Report: Jones, Woodhead ‘Probable’ For AFC Championship
BOSTON (CBS ) – The Patriots had perfect attendance at Friday’s practice session, their final tune-up before hosting the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship game on Sunday.
Rookie defensive end Chandler Jones, who had been limited on Wednesday and Thursday, was a full participant on Friday, and is one of five Patriots listed as “probable” for Sunday’s game. Jones did not play in the second half of last week’s win over the Houston Texans after injuring his ankle late in the first half.
Running back Danny Woodhead, who left last Sunday’s win over the Texans with a thumb injury, was a full participant for the second straight day after being limited in the team’s first practice of the week on Wednesday. He is also listed as “probable” against the Ravens.
Corner Marquice Cole, offensive lineman Nick McDonald, and defensive end Trevor Scott were all full participants and round out the Patriots injury report with “probable” statuses.
