PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) — Police say a Milton, N.H., man has been arrested on charges of kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault.

Portsmouth Police say 41-year-old John C. Riley had access to the victim through his employment with a local agency that provides support services to adults with developmental disabilities.

He was being held on $30,000 cash bail on Thursday pending his arraignment.

It’s unclear if he’s being represented by a lawyer.
