LAWRENCE (CBS) – A Lawrence mother and her baby narrowly escaped harm after bullets came flying into the window.
The woman, the baby and the woman’s boyfriend were sleeping at 3:25 a.m. Sunday, when the woman said she heard four shots.
On Tuesday, bullet holes could be seen in the woman’s headboard.
One of the shots hit the bed frame, bounced off the ceiling, wall and landed near the baby’s crib.
Another shot broke a window in the bedroom her 7-year-old daughter was sleeping in.
The woman told WBZ-TV, she has no idea who would do this.
Lawrence Police are investigating the incident.
