SALEM (CBS) – Police in Salem had an easy time tracking down a graffiti vandal in their city after the suspect left behind a pretty big clue.
On Friday morning, officers found a building on Loring Avenue had been tagged with graffiti, according to the Salem Patch.
The alleged vandal apparently plastered the name of a Twitter account handle on the wall.
Officers took to the internet, looked up the Twitter handle and were able to track down the suspect.
The suspect was given a no trespass order. Police did not release that person’s name.
