15-Year-Old Injured In Drive-By Shooting In Worcester

WORCESTER (CBS) - A 15-year-old boy showed up to St. Vincent's Hospital just after midnight on Friday with a gun shot wound on his hand.

The boy told police he had been walking home from a party with two friends on Vernon Street when a car drove by and someone inside it fired the shot.

He told investigators that he then ran home and had family members bring him to the emergency room.

Authorities ask that anyone with information about the shooting please come forward.
