BOSTON (AP) — The average price of gasoline has fallen again in Massachusetts, but still remains higher than the national average.

AAA Southern New England said Monday that self-serve regular is now selling for an average of $3.42 per gallon in the Bay State, down five cents from the same time a week ago.
The price has dropped 16 cents in the past month.
Nationally, the average price is $3.24 per gallon.
In Massachusetts, AAA said its latest survey found prices ranging from $3.23 per gallon to as high as $3.89 per gallon.
