BOSTON (CBS/AP) – Hospitals everywhere were happy to welcome babies on Wednesday, 12/12/12.
There was extra excitement in Boston as little Noelle Joy was born just as the clock struck 12:12 in the afternoon.
Weighing 9 pounds and one ounce and at 21.5 inches long, Noelle arrived Wednesday at Massachusetts General Hospital to parents Colleen and Joe Klinker.
“It’s kind of neat,” says Colleen. “I think that we are all lucky to have her.”
The couple says the baby’s birth comes as a special blessing after their late daughter Melody never took a breath after her birth last year.
Colleen was in labor for about 12 hours.
