Joshua Sanchez arrested for allegedly dealing drugs
TEWKSBURY (CBS) – A Lowell man has been arrested for allegedly dealing drugs out of his car while his four-year-old daughter slept in her car seat.
Tewksbury Police say they witnessed 23-year-old Joshua Sanchez selling oxycodone pills in a Wal-Mart parking lot Thursday night.
Sanchez’s wife, who was inside the Wal-Mart during the alleged drug deal, took custody of the girl.
Sanchez was charged with drug distribution and possession of an electronic stun gun which was found in his car.
