BOSTON (CBS) – The former Bruin great established himself as the “Joe Namath of hockey,” early on in his career. He was seen as flashy, flamboyant, and gregarious, and was one of the most talked about players on a team of great players. But along with the highs came lows for Derek Sanderson. He struggled throughout his career with drugs and alcohol, and spent his money as if it would never end. Sanderson joins NightSide to talk about the roller coaster ride that was his life, and how he managed to survive it.
