BOSTON (CBS) – Robert James is a high school student who has won a very special award.
The award isn’t for his grades or for sports. This award was for something far more important.
He saved a life.
James’ part-time job is at an assisted living facility in Dedham. Recently, a colleague slumped to the floor and wasn’t breathing.
In school, James learned how to perform CPR and he did just that, saving his co-worker.
Today, James was given a Heartsaver Hero Award from The American Heart Association.
