BOSTON (CBS) – Thanksgiving may be Thursday but hundreds gave thanks Sunday to The Boston Rescue Mission.
The rescue served a Thanksgiving meal with the help of volunteers, including Gov. Deval Patrick.
WBZ NewsRadio 1030′s Mark Katic reports
The Boston Rescue Mission has held their Day of Thanks for 20 years. Some of the volunteers can share more than a meal with those being served as they are some of the Mission’s success stories.
Boston Rescue is there for around 28,000 people a year. For that many are giving thanks.
