CANTON (CBS) – A police cruiser stopped on 95 north was hit by another vehicle on Sunday.

The trooper stopped to help a driver with a flat tire when his cruiser was struck from behind by a Buick Century.

The driver of the Buick said she sneezed and lost control of her car, leading up to the accident. She was not injured in the incident.

The officer was taken to Norwood Hospital as a precaution.
