EVERETT (AP) — Police say a man has died after he was struck by a car in Everett.

WBZ NewsRadio 1030′s Karen Twomey reports

The victim was struck on Broadway just after midnight Thursday near a construction zone.

Police say the driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and is cooperating.

No names were released and there was no word on the possibility of charges being filed.

Broadway is a busy four-lane road.
