CAMBRIDGE (AP) — Fire officials say a 57-year-old man has died in a two-alarm fire at a three-story home in Cambridge.

Residents of the two lower floors escaped the blaze at the home on Columbia Street reported at about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The victim, Thomas Hunt, was the only resident of the third-floor unit.
Assistant Fire Chief Gerard Mahoney says firefighters found Hunt’s body in the front room of the unit.
The cause of the blaze and the manner of death remain under investigation.
