BOSTON (CBS) – A new survey has some surprising results on the question of whether Americans would prefer a pay raise or a better boss.

This survey by TellYourBoss.com asked people what they’d rather have: a better boss or pay raise.

Sixty-five percent said if they have to choose only one, they’d go for a better boss.

Thirty-five percent preferred more money.

One of those who voted for more money told WBZ NewsRadio 1030’s Carl Stevens no matter who your boss is, you still have to pay the bills.
