BOSTON (CBS) — Face it, hockey fans: There’s just not much to laugh about this fall when it comes to your favorite sport.
But as Halloween approaches, there’s at least one reason.
A new video is making the rounds on YouTube, and in it, some kids dressed festively as Vancouver Canucks visit a house for some trick-or-treating. The porch has a bowl of candy with a sign that says “Please take one,” and they all follow the rules.
That is, until a youngster dressed as NHL commissioner Gary Bettman shows up and breaks the rules.
The big shocker of the video is that none of the kids dressed as Canucks fell to the ground writhing in fake pain in an effort to draw a penalty after the masked Bettman ran away.
