Hurricane Sandy Blamed For NH Death

LINCOLN, N.H. (CBS) - Hurricane Sandy is being blamed for a death in Lincoln, New Hampshire.

Police say the man was working at a construction site on Tuesday morning where a house foundation was being built.

The area was flooded and crews were using a hose to drain the water out.

A man in his 50's walked onto the dirt and it gave way, creating a landslide of mud, water and rock, police said.

The man was pulled out of the dirt but he did not survive.

His name has not been released.
