BOSTON (CBS) – Simon Malls are closing early Monday to ensure the safety of shoppers and employees.

The South Shore Plaza, Northshore Mall, Copley Place and the Mall at Chestnut Hill will shut down at 1 p.m.

The Cape Cod Mall and Arsenal Mall will close at 12:30 p.m. and the Burlington Mall will close at noon.
