MANCHESTER, NH (CBS) – The son of a murder victim in Manchester was arrested and charged in the death of his father Saturday evening.

Police announced that 29-year-old Evan Smith was charged with second degree murder after his father, Philip Smith, was found dead in his home on Hevey Street in Manchester on Friday.

Smith will be arraigned on Monday.
