Alligator, Rattlesnake On The Menu Wednesday At Curry College

MILTON (CBS) -In the mood for fried alligator with creole remoulade for dinner?

If so, you're in luck.

Curry College will hold their "Exotic Explorer's Night" Wednesday night at 5 p.m. Among the offerings are shark, alligator, wild board, ostrich and rattlesnake.

"The students are here for four years not only to learn about nursing or communications, I'm not just here to push burgers and dogs, we're here to educate them on food as well," Executive Chef Christian King said.

Beside tasting something new, diners will learn nutrition facts about each animal. The event is open to the public.
