CARVER (CBS) – A car landed in a cranberry bog after rolling several times Saturday afternoon.
Police say at 4:51 p.m., police responded to Wareham Street for a report of a car accident. Police found a 1998 black Maxima in the middle of a cranberry bog.
The driver, a female resident from Carver was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle, police said.
She was taken to South Shore Hospital with serious injuries.
Police say speed appears to be a factor in the accident. Police are investigating.
