SOMERVILLE (CBS) – A Saturday morning bank robbery has local and federal investigators on a man hunt.
An unidentified suspect robbed the Union Square branch of Citizens Bank in Somerville. He passed a note to the teller demanding cash and claiming he had a gun.
The teller complied and the suspect escaped out the back exit.
Somerville police and the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force are looking for a white male in his late 30s or early 40s. He is described as between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8, medium build, with short brown hair. He was wearing a black and white striped Adidas jacket and had sunglasses hanging from his shirt. He was also wearing jeans and white sneakers.
