BOSTON (CBS) – The third of four debates between Senator Scott Brown and challenger Elizabeth Warren will take place later this week. As the race has gone on, lingering questions about Professor Warren’s legal and personal history have continued to present obstacles in her quest to win the seat. Cornell Law Professor William Jacobson joins NightSide to talk about the challenges facing Warren as the race enters the final stretch.
