BOSTON (CBS) – Attorney and writer Harvey Silverglate joins us in studio with his colleague Wendy Kaminer to discuss their thoughts on civil liberties. They will touch base on the anti-Islam film that some say helped cause the recent attack on the consulate in Libya, and whether or not the film should be protected under free speech. Do we as Americans take advantage of our civil liberties? Between our beliefs and our Constitution, how much civil liberty do we really have?
