New Hampshire State Police Celebrate 75th Anniversary

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — The New Hampshire Division of State Police is celebrating its 75th anniversary and invites the public to attend SWAT team and K-9 demonstrations at its Concord headquarters.

State police will hold an open house Oct. 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Vehicles and equipment will be on display from all specialty units, include Marine Patrol. Vendors will also display some of the most state-of-the-art police equipment.

State police officials say the first 100 families to show up will be given free flash drives containing their child's vital information and current photograph for use if the child is ever lost or missing.
