The Patriots play host to the Broncos on Sunday, both teams are sitting at 2-2 and both teams are coming off a big win that snapped a two game losing streak.
Darren McKee from 104.3 The Fan in Denver joined 98.5 The Sports Hub’s Toucher & Rich to discuss the play of Peyton Manning, offensive weapons and Denver’s defense.
Through the first four weeks of the season we have seen two sides of Peyton Manning, so where is he at now and what can the Patriots expect to see from the quarterback on Sunday?
“Well he can’t throw the ball deep, he just doesn’t have that in his arsenal.”
He went on to say that Brady and Manning both tend to have more success with these short dink and dunk sort of passes.
Everyone is aware that the Patriots have a multitude of weapons that they can use to beat teams. How will the Broncos defense try to cover all of Brady’s options? They also discussed some of the issues the defense struggles with.
Plus McKee gives his prediction on who will walk away 3-2 after all is said and done.
