SWANSEA (CBS/AP) – A driver was killed in a one-car crash on Interstate 195 in Swansea Thursday morning.
It happened west of Exit 3 in the eastbound lanes around 7:30 a.m.
State police say the 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV left the road, went into the woods and slammed into a tree. There were no passengers.
The driver’s name has not been released.
There’s no word yet on what caused the crash.
