Officers were called to the Workout Club on Pelham Road around 7 p.m.  after witnesses reported that 39-year-old Gina Suliveras would not hand over her keys and was trying to drive away.

A 9-year-old in the car asked witnesses not to call police because he had already called his aunt to come get them.

One of the children reportedly handed police a bottle of Pinot Grigio and told the officer, "I think this is why mommy is so sleepy," police said.

Suliveras was arrested and her three children, ages 9, six and four, were turned over to relatives.

While police were booking Suliveras, she asked an officer his name.  She allegedly told him she was a nurse at Lawrence General Hospital and that she would remember him and "hoped he got shot and died."

Suliveras also allegedly told the officer if he, his wife or kids ever sought treatment at the hospital, she would kill them all.

Suliveras was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence, driving with an open container, criminal threatening and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

She was released on $500 bail.
