BOSTON (CBS) – A recall of nut butters continues to expand and now involves around 100 products sold at retailers such as Whole Foods, Stop and Shop and Target.
The Food and Drug Administration first linked Salmonella outbreaks to Trader Joe’s Creamy Salted Valencia Peanut Butter made by Sunland Inc., but now the recall also involves other Sunland Inc. peanut butters and other products made of nuts and seeds.
A list of those products can be found on the FDA Website.
So far, there have been 30 cases of Salmonella poisoning in 19 states.
