NEW YORK (CBS) – A Massachusetts man was killed while walking in New York City early Sunday morning.

Ken Baker, 26, of Northbridge was hit by a truck on 6th Avenue just before 4 a.m., police say.

The truck driver stopped and stayed at the scene, but has not been charged.
