Dan Roche's All-Time Red Sox Team

BOSTON (CBS) - A big tip of the hat once again to Dr. Charles Steinberg and his staff for another great ceremony Tuesday night celebrating the 2004 Boston Red Sox World Series winning team.

It will be a tough one to top, but they'll try their best (and likely succeed) Wednesday night as the Red Sox close out their Fenway portion of the 2012 schedule.

With Fenway Park's 100th season coming to an end, the team will close out their anniversary celebrations by announcing the All-Time Fenway park team. Three players from each position will be honored, as well as a number of pitchers.
