Marcus Hurd testifies in Suffolk Superior Court March 7, 2012.
BOSTON (CBS) – The lone survivor of the Mattapan shootings that killed four people in September 2010 says he knows who did it.
WBZ NewsRadio 1030′s Lana Jones reports
Marcus Hurd, who was left paralyzed after he was shot in the back, has told police he can at least identify one of the two men who shot him and the others, despite previous testimony saying he never saw their faces.
Hurd says he recognized Dwayne Moore in the courtroom back in March during the trial.
Moore was charged along with Edward Washington, who was later acquitted.
The jury deadlocked on Moore, who will face a new trial next month.
A judge has scheduled a hearing for September 25 to settle the matter before the October 11th retrial.
