BOSTON (CBS) – Concord’s proposed bottled water ban has been given the green light by Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley. Concord is now the first community in the nation to ban single-serving water bottles. Adriana Cohen sits down with Dan to talk about this new policy. Where do you stand? Is this an efficient way to cut down on waste and litter? Or is this stretching the power of government way too far?
