Speechless
Now, I'm starting to realize that my creative side must kick-in! This must be what it feels like to forecast in San Diego! ;) Oh, how I love the late-summer and fall days in New England!
It's going to be another perfect ten here in Southern New England. The sun will be shining, the humidity will remain low, and the high temperatures will swiftly climb into the lower/middle 80s. The South Coast/Cape/Islands will be in the 70s due to the onshore south-southwest breeze.
Friday will be another 'gem' of a day as highs reach the lower 80s (70s for the South Coast/Cape/Islands again). High clouds will start to move in during the evening hours indicating the cold front is nearing our region.
The cold front will sweep across the region Friday night into early Saturday morning which will offer us a slight chance of a shower or two. Otherwise, increasing sunshine and a pleasant afternoon can be expected for Saturday afternoon. Saturday will be cooler in the 70-75F range. Sunday will be a sunny day with the fall-like feel returning as highs climax near 70F...60s coast.
Our next chance of bonafide rain will be on Tuesday.
It's almost time to start getting excited about fall foliage. It's quickly approaching! We can't forget all of the apple picking and pumpkin festivals too!
