Chung On Toucher & Rich: Fitzgerald's 'A Dangerous Playmaker'

The Patriots kicked off their regular season with a win in Tennessee over the Titans on Sunday and now prepare to host the Arizona Cardinals in Week Two.

Patriots safety Patrick Chung spoke with 98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher & Rich about the win over the Titans, the upcoming game against the Cardinals and the addition of rookie Tavon Wilson.

On Sunday in Tennessee Jake Locker went deep to Kelly Washington, who fumbled. Chung picked it up, bringing it to the the Tennessee 26 before being tackled by Locker. Did guys give Chung a hard time for getting brought down by the quarterback?

"They didn't give me too much crap after that. I was tired too man, he's not you average quarterback like this dude is strong and fast now, it's like a safety at quarterback."

They went on to discuss the Baltimore Ravens playing in the first Monday night game of the regular season. The Patriots visit Baltimore in Week Three, was Chung impressed by their offense performance or can it happen any given week in the NFL?

"Yeah it can happen anytime. I mean TV copy and actual film copy are totally different, so we're going to watch film see what they're doing, see how the game actually played out."

This Sunday the Cardinals roll into Gillette and Chung will be seeing a lot of wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald is by many accounts is one of the bests if not the best. What does Chung think about the receiver?

"He's a dangerous playmaker so we got to try and find a way whatever we can to contain him as much as we can."

After the huge win over the Titans how did coach Belichick keep the players' heads in check? Plus the guys discussed Rob Gronkowski's failed spike.
