Alexander Motsenigos was riding on Weston Road Aug. 24 when he was struck.
BOSTON (CBS) – Wellesley Police have identified the vehicle involved in the hit and run that killed a cyclist last Friday.
Police say the vehicle responsible was an 18-wheeler, and that they have identified and interviewed the driver. Investigators are waiting to press charges as they continue to review evidence and look for additional witnesses.
The family of Alexander Motsenigos, the cyclist that was killed, has set up a fund to help Alex’s young son Nikolas pay for college in the future. Contributions to the fund can be made through PayPal and sent to nikolaseducationfund@gmail.com.
