LYNN (CBS) – An Everett man has been charged with assault for allegedly attacking an MBTA bus driver who left him behind.
Paul Kouroyen will be arraigned in Lynn District Court Friday afternoon.
He went to the Wonderland station Thursday night to catch a bus, but it left without him.
According to the police report, Kouroyen chased after the bus, banging on its side as it pulled away.
Transit police say an upset Kouroyen then followed the bus to its next stop at Central Square in Lynn.
When the doors opened there, the driver told investigators Kouroyen got on board and yelled at him for not stopping before kicking and punching him in the face and legs.
The driver sustained some minor injuries, but was not seriously hurt.
