BEDFORD (CBS) – Olympic rower Natalie Dell won a bronze medal in London, and on Thursday, she got a special honor.

Her co-workers and patients threw her a welcome home event.

Dell works at the VA Medical Center in Bedford, and says she wouldn’t have accomplished her dreams without the support of everyone around her.

“This is my medal but its also yours, this is my Olympic dream but its also yours, this is my experience but its also yours and its something I want to share with you,” she said.

Dell won her bronze medal in the quadruple sculls.
